YouTube now lets you turn off Shorts

YouTube has rolled out the ability to set Shorts to a zero-minute time limit, effectively disabling the feature entirely. This expands time management tools announced in October, with the zero-minute option now available to all users. The feature is configurable in the YouTube app's time management settings.
