A Manhattan jury ruled that Live Nation-Ticketmaster operates as an illegal monopolist, potentially opening the door to a forced breakup. The verdict followed a six-week trial brought by 34 state attorneys general who continued litigation beyond the Trump administration's DOJ settlement, which had negotiated lesser remedies including offloading exclusive booking agreements at 13 venues and fee caps.
