Shibuya is an open-source Haskell framework for supervised queue processing that abstracts over multiple message queue backends (Kafka, PostgreSQL, SQS, Redis). It provides backpressure control, failure isolation via NQE supervision, explicit acknowledgment semantics, and OpenTelemetry tracing. Currently at v0.2.0 on Hackage.
