Exclusive: Artemis raises $70M to help fight AI-powered attacks with AI

Artemis, a cybersecurity startup using AI to defend against AI-powered attacks, raised $70M in Series A funding led by Felicis with backing from First Round Capital and executives from Splunk, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Microsoft, and Okta. Founded six months ago by former AWS product leader Shachar Hirshberg, the company addresses the gap between machine-speed AI attacks and traditional security tools. It has already signed major clients including Mercury, Wix, and Lemonade, expecting multi-million-dollar ARR by end-2026.
