Anthropic launched Claude Code Routines, a cloud service enabling automated Claude Code execution on schedules or webhooks. Unlike cron jobs or GitHub Actions, routines dynamically invoke Claude and adapt actions based on context via available connectors. The service is available to Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise Claude Code plan subscribers.
