Apple fixes bug that cops used to extract deleted chat messages from iPhones

The bug caused notification content to be cached on the device for up to a month, even after messages were deleted from apps like Signal. The FBI exploited this vulnerability to recover deleted Signal messages from a suspect's iPhone.
