Anthropic's Claude Code CLI source code (~2,000 TypeScript files, 512k+ lines) was accidentally exposed in npm package v2.1.88 via a source map file. Anthropic confirmed it as a packaging error with no credentials or customer data exposed. The code has been forked tens of thousands of times and developers are analyzing the exposed internals, including memory architecture systems.
