Agent activity in GitHub Issues and Projects

GitHub is now surfacing coding agent sessions directly in Issues and Projects, showing live status (queued, working, waiting for review, completed) under the assignee sidebar and in project table/board views. This is GA for all repos with coding agent access. The feature closes a key visibility gap for teams running autonomous agents across large backlogs.
